Although I'm a bit doubtful about the amounts of ingredients (500-700gr Mayo?), I can imagine its a tasty salad. One other problem could be the Korean carrots - do the have to be north or south Korean? :)

The chicken liver is another thing. I like it (but not to often) and its dirt cheap, but for some reason its not available anymore since the Corona crisis has broken out. I still have a package in the freezer, but I can't find any new ones in the shop. Strange...
