Is the Earth 🌍 going faster?
They say the Earth makes one revolution around the Sun once every three hundred sixty five and a quarter days. This month I celebrate one more trip around the Sun. Thanks to The Creator for another year. It seems rather surreal as somehow it hasn't sunk in yet cause I can't believe I'm __ already. Where did the time go? I feel like the older I get the faster these trips around the sun appear to go. My sister jokingly tells me that she remembers when I was four and now I'm __. Imagine the shock.
Food for thought
For my birthday my loving wife prepared a delicious birthday dinner and ordered this beautifully decorated chocolate cake. All I could say was Yum Yum.😋 We had vegetables, shrimp 🦐, a kind of Spanish rice, chicken, miso soup, apple juice and chocolate cake for dessert. I'm definitely enjoying this journey around the sun.🌞
All this writing about the food we had on my birthday is making me hungry again. 😂 So let's change the subject.
Guessing Game
How good are we at guessing? In my teaching experience I sometimes ask my students to guess my age. They are usually kind and respectful so they often guess a number that's significantly lower than my real age. So now I'll ask you the same question. How old do you think I am now? Be kind.lol
