Yes I agree from an investment persepctive they will be fine; but I do not believe steemit wishes to be speculative on an investment that they have a majority share of. Steemit WAS the go too place and now it will no longer be the go to place. Their contribution to the STEEM blockchain was wasted for over a year. Even your icon at the bottom of your post is making it clear: STEEM IS NOT STEEMIT.

As a company I would be worried as even their holdings will need to be liquidated to pay their employees. They need some real ingenuity going forward.
