It's hard for me to discern what I have put in and what I am getting out of it! I recently powered down some HIVE (I know terrible) in order to re-invest back into LEO and HIVE. Sometimes it's not enough to just make posts and earn your way up! We have to get creative in order to put or energy and time into good use.
At least I have some measurability of success! I love Hive so I will use my Hive Powerdown as a litmus test to see exactly what I could potentially get back! Now don't get me wrong there's 2 more weeks of insane yield farming with more reasons to keep staked even after! So this isn't a quick get rich scheme. At least in perspective I can put an amount on something.
Yesterday I put in a good 773 HIVE (around 271 USD). This doesn't include my previous pumps in the last few days. At this point I am more than likely breaking even if I don't put more in (which I will). Patience is a virtue. Sure I got 24 CUB from the air-drop but I know I will need more as the yield farming is cut by 1/3 next week and another 1/3 the week after.
Now is the time to continue to put in more to feel like I will get a part of these awesome gains. It's amazing to see the level of development in dAPPS that seem to pop up when we need them. This is the contribution the Hive community gives to all of us.
Thanks to all the dAPP developers who make this ecosystem worth being a part of. Although I feel Hive has lacked the marketability of it's chain; the number of developers who make their own projects is growing. Communities like LEO should continue to grow on HIVE and make this ecosystem great!
