So today wasn't particularly busy, but I was learning from my Smart-Phone besides playing video games, and or watching reality TV. The internet is incredible source of knowledge if you go to the right places. I get university education, and it isn't necessarily infected with woke humanities professors. Those who run from reality will have reality bite them most in the end.

So the first review is how to escape with your digital assets. Say the government has gone 100% socialist commie and you want to escape with what you perceive is your wealth. Now I have spoken before about how #gold is only good enough to bribe yourself out, but really too clumsy to take with you. So we turn to #BTC and whatever digital assets you think will be valuable in the future. Highly recommend the Border Wallets to listen too. It's "the easiest way to store Bitcoin in your head!"

The second thing from the interwebs is looking at what performs 'well' in a recession. The chart itself is self explanatory and doesn't discount #GOLD as a hedge for what the central banks will do. So first it goes as follows:

Central banks raises rates, then pauses, then pivot's, we then get a recession. So the prediction from the chart is that Gold will be lowest once the pause for the fed's fund rates come in. It's possible it drops down throughout the rest of the summer, and in the fall we get the pivot and then it just rips higher. It's a possible prediction, but there are many geo-political acts in play. Other countries will use #GOLD to harm #USD. So past performance is not equal to future, but it may rhyme. So keep this in mind. I won't be selling in either case as I like to accumulate and never have to sell.

The last is from the Twitter verse. it's a long thread but for those of you who want to draft affidavits here's one that a lawyer used CHAT-GPT to create in order to reclaim from a tenant who just won't pay!

"withhold and sell their possessions to recoup the back rent"

"I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU CORN STACKING AUTISTS BUT IM NOT ABOUT TO LOSE TO A BUNCH OF 90 YEAR OLD BLOOD DRINKING PEADOPHILE CANTILLIONAIRES "

NOT ON MY WATCH

  1. Issue - clearly define it

  2. Facts - provide relevant background

  3. Rules - state jurisdiction

  4. Objective - what you’re trying to accomplish

Draft One —

Issue: Can I withhold my tenant’s possessions and sell them to recoup back rent?

Facts: I own a storage facility. One of our customers is behind on rent and owes us $750. They’ve sent us a demand letter and want their possessions.

Rules: I’m located in Broomfield, CO. I don’t know?

Objective: We would like to withhold and sell their possessions to recoup the back rent.

6 - The Prompt (cont)

Use ChatGPT to perfect your prompt!

We know the issue, the facts and our goal. But what rules apply?

ChatGPT does okay.

The dispute will be governed by

  1. the storage agreement, and

  2. the Colorado Self-Service Storage Facility Act

Ok… let’s add that to the prompt

  • Perfecting the Prompt

Draft Two —

Issue: Can I withhold my tenant’s possessions and sell them to recoup back rent?

Facts: I own a storage facility. One of our customers is behind on rent and owes us $750. They’ve sent us a demand letter and want their possessions.

Rules: The relationship is governed by a contract and the state law is Colorado Self-Service Storage Facility Liens (C.R.S. §§ 38-21.5-101)*

Objective: We would like to withhold and sell their possessions to recoup the back rent.

9 - Run the Prompt

You drop the prompt into ChatGPT and run it.

Here’s what it tells you:

  1. You are permitted to sell a tenant’s possessions and recoup unpaid rent, and

  2. You must follow specific steps under Colorado law to do so legally, including
    • providing written notice (via certified mail) and
    • publishing notice in a local paper.
10 - Written Notice to Customer

The first step is to send a notice.

That’s time consuming, so let’s have ChatGPT prepare it.

Below is what it came up with. Not too shabby.

“[Your Name and Address]
[Date]

[Customer Name and Address]
[Last Known Address]
[Broomfield, CO 80023]
