Thinking about the future, I have many worries, thinking about the past, sometimes I feel depressed about myself about what has not been done. Only living in the present, that is the feeling when you are absorbed, passionate about drawing, and feeling happy.
Science has shown that when you focus completely on something, you will be happy. Drawing is one of the things that makes me focus the most.
