Me pareció vivir
entre perros.
Una jauría indiferente,
un tanto enfermiza y cruel.
Ahora,
debo admitir,
con la paciencia y la listeza
que sólo da el tiempo:
También el mundo puede ser
un lugar amable,
en el que terminamos el día
a veces cansados y con gestos torpes,
pero agradecidos.
