Local Restaurant review by tasting some of their menu Items.

Hello Everyone,
This is Alysha back with another restaurant review on Foodies Bee Hive Community. Few days ago I went to work on Elephant Road. After finishing work in the afternoon, I was quite hungry. So I went to Star Hotel and Kabab on Elephant Road. I looked at the menu and ordered some items. Below is a description of the price and quality of the items I ordered:

📍Beef Shik Kebab: 220 BDT ($2.60)

The spices were properly infused inside so that the mouth and mind were filled with the smokey fillings of Shik to bite. I took half a shik but I am quite convinced of the amount. It only took one demerit point. The coating on top would be perfect if the amount of salt in it was a little less. Even eating with bread became fairly balanced. The spice was also in moderation.

📍Kacchi with egg fry: 275 BDT ($3.30)

I didn't like their kacchi very much. The pieces of meat inside were not cooked well. The glitter was not good either. I was not satisfied with the price.

📍Chicken Spicy Curry: 200 BDT ($2.40)

This was the tastiest of the items. Perfect gravity, spices, properly decorated and pieces of meat were also of perfect size. It would not be wrong to say that it is the best salty fry I have ever eaten. I didn't find a single meat hard, the softness inside was intact. Definitely recommended.

📍Rupchanda Kebab: 250 Tk ($3.00)

This is a unique item here. Usually fish kebabs are not available except on the beach. Although I don't like fish very much. However, this is the unique item of Star Hotel and Kabab. Rupchanda Kabab was very tasty. There was an incomparable combination of spicy, salty and oil-fried fish. The price is also relatively low as the size of the fish.

📍Tea: 21 BDT ($0.25)

This tea made with cow's milk and cream was also good enough. But if the liqueur was a little harder, I would have more taste.

📍Faluda: 60 Tk ($0.75)

This faluda made with yogurt, fruit and sugar was very tasty. Faluda of Star Hotel and Kabab is very famous. After eating, I also understood why people here like faluda so much.

📍Firni: 20 Tk ($0.25)

Firni made with polao rice and milk was very tasty. Although the amount is less. But that's enough for one person to eat.

Everything from breakfast to lunch and dinner is available here. And yes, they have their own fast food shop at entrance of the restaurant. They also have a separate section for kebabs. The price of the items also seemed limited to me. The interior of the restaurant is also very nice. All in all, a good deal!
