Rogue Legacy no presenta su tutorial con una ambientación al estilo de las películas antiguas y, a medida que avanzamos por el tutorial también nos muestra unos textos en los que nos dan una idea de lo que será la historia de esta curiosa obra.
Una vez terminado el tutorial, lo que nos resta es iniciar nuestro viaje por los innumerables castillos repletos de monstruos y trampas que ciertamente se encargaran de hacernos perder la cordura de vez en cuando...
Sin embargo, en estos castillos aleatorios encontraremos tesoros que usaremos para mejorar nuestro propio castillo con el fin de tener acceso a mejoras de habilidades y a algunos NPC con los que podremos comerciar.
Aunque lo que hace diferente a este juego de los otros, es que una vez que tu personaje muere, tu debes elegir a un "heredero" y este tendrá características diferentes al personaje anterior, y si que será diferente, pues podrá venir con alguna dificultad visual, diferencias de tamaño, o yo que se, es que al final las capacidades de cada personaje son verdaderamente inciertas.
Otra de las cosas a tener en cuenta es que así como cada personaje es diferente, también los castillos serán diferentes, sin embargo, puedes comprar un NPC que se encargue de bloquear el ultimo castillo que jugaste para que no cambie, pero esto ara que pierdas el 40% del botín que consigas dentro de dicho castillo.
Y una vez adquiridas las me mejora del herrero y la hechicera, podrás comerciar con ellos para mejorar el equipamiento de tus herederos, y tranquilo, si mueres no perderás las mejoras, una vez que compras una pieza de armadura o una nueva habilidad, estas se pasan de heredero a heredero, por lo que no tendrás que preocuparte si mueres.
Lo que si me pareció bastante complejo, es que las monedas de oro no se acumulan, o sea, para entrar en un nuevo castillo debes renunciar al botín que te haya sobrado del castillo anterior, lo que hace que sea bastante mas complicado el adquirir las riquezas necesarias para seguir mejorando tu castillo o equipamiento.
Así que recuerda usar bien cada moneda que ganes, pues lo que sobre lo tendrás que dar para poder entrar a otro castillo que será completamente aleatorio y seguramente contara con una dificultad mayor a la del castillo anterior... o puede que no sea así, y que te topes con un castillo mas cansillo.
En fin, en mi opinion personal, es uno de esos juegos que no pesan casi nada y que siempre son buenos tenerlos por ahí para cuando no tienes internet y desees distraerte un rato, yo la verdad estuve al borde de arrancarme los cabellos, y es que no pare de morir una y otra vez, no pude matar ni a 1 solo jefe de los castillos, de hecho solo encontré 2 y por mucho que lo intente, no pare de morir.
en fin, tendrías que probarlo tu mismo y si eres un aficionado a este genero de juegos de seguro te la pasaras bien, así que aprovéchalo, ya que no estará gratis por mucho tiempo!

Anyway, in my personal opinion, it is one of those games that weigh almost nothing and that are always good to have around for when you do not have internet and want to distract you for a while, I really was on the verge of tearing my hair out, and is that I did not stop dying over and over again, I could not kill even 1 single boss of the castles, in fact I only found 2 and as much as I tried, I did not stop dying.
Anyway, you would have to try it yourself and if you are a fan of this genre of games you will surely have a good time, so take advantage of it, as it will not be free for long!
