@stef1.. What a lovely comment. Sounds like you took a moment or two to take a real look at my paintings in this post. I agree with you, I loved O'Brien's Cottage. My wife has been trying to get me to paint something similar for her. I also gravitate toward the sea/ocean scenes. Something about the colors that relax my soul. I have on sitting on my work bench now, waiting on me to finish it. It will be a Caribbean themed painting with a beach and a few waves. Right now I have part of the sea and the sky completed. When I sit down and paint with oil paint, I tend to spend many hours doing so. I just haven't had a bunch of time to sit and paint. I need a few days to get it done. I will though.
