Butter wouldn't melt

I used to work with Cat a lot, a few years back, but because of her illness she lost so much mobility and was unable to shoot at all. Over the past year, her condition has improved. She is still mainly confined to her wheelchair but has been building up strength to the point where she felt she may like to try getting back doing something she loves.

And the gloves come off...

I had organised a group shot for a few of my photographer friends at my mate's studio in Grimsby. Cat contacted asking if she could come along as she knew all of the photographers and knew they would respect her illness and "be gentle with her".

Cat and Katana

She came along and wow'd the photographers. Cat is very much an alternative model and loves cosplay and dressing up. So she brought a few accessories along with her, like this Katana. She worked well, and she gained the respect not only of all of the photographers, but also the other models.

Hands up

Other accessories included more wigs and this gun. As always her humour made the shoot a lot of fun, but her humpur in the face of her adversities sort of himbled me.

About me:

I can mostly be found shooting models, aviation, motorsports and, when I can, wildlife. But I enjoy most aspects of photography. You can find more of my work on the links below.
