The year has changed, but I have yet to make a move.

Lately, I have often found myself missing one of my beloved cats who disappeared almost six months ago, a black cat who was the best companion among all the cats I have ever cared for. Even my entire family feels the loss with the disappearance of my cat. I took care of him on my own at my boarding house since he was born, more precisely, I also took care of his mother from a young age until she gave birth to this black cat whom I named Lucky. Later, I brought him home. Along with his sister, Nancy, they are two siblings who always entertain me with their behavior.

I don't know where he went, but until now, I still eagerly await his return home, even though it has been months since he disappeared. If you are an animal lover, I believe you will understand this sense of loss. It feels like losing the best friend who always accompanied your days.

To commemorate my friend, I created a simple piece of art using images of the black cat and an analog television. Lately, I prefer creating something simple using just a few objects and playing with colors.

Design

Starting with the selection of objects and colors, this time I chose several images of black cats, an analog television, and a field of yellow flowers. I wanted to combine the colors yellow, black, and blue in one frame. It seems they will blend well together.

Coloring

I added yellow to the background to unite the color with the expanse of yellow flowers. Then, I added blue to the television and incorporated a grain effect with a touch of light using the brush tool to make it look like a living television.

Now, I added something I had never done in my designs before, which is adding text. The text reads, "Where do we go now?", a question from my mind that always arises but never seems to have an answer.

The last thing I always do with my work is adjust it to achieve the desired effect.
