This year is weird. It's so weird that even rereading "1984" seems stale. This year has made divisions so abundantly clear that there is no more burying one's head in the sand on the fact that not everything is terriffic and awesome. A lot of what I read is brutally honest and agree or not, there's a bitter wave of truth that has swept over my country and the world. I refuse to become apathetic or just figure that "it is what it is". I feel like there are no choices anymore and that a lot of people collectively painted themselves into corners of their own mechanisms.
Now I know that first paragraph is gloomy and doomy but fret not!
Just because now is hellish it does not mean it's staying that way. The last couple days have not been easy ones, I'm trying to balance a lot of different projects for work and pleasure and it gets exhausting. I was a prolific Steemian and did a ton of projects to fruition that I am still proud of but just now feel that I can "make it" on HIVE.
