To everyone in the GHS Collective community or anyone who has a Waves wallet or any crypto wallet. I was seeing transfers into my wallet from RZ Coin, RN Coin and several other things I did not recognize. I was curious and looked them up and they were telling me I would get some BTC and some ETH and some Waves Coins if I checked out their website and they wanted my seeds for my account. If you do not recognize them leave them alone.
This should have been a red flag but it all looked like it was all above board. So I went and did it and watched my account for a while and nothing happened. I decided to pop on and check it again and as the wallet popped up they were pulling coins from my account right then. So I went and got a new account real quick and started transferring what was left, which was not much, as fast as I could to the new account.
I am writing this post to let you all know not to trust this or anything else that asks for your seed words on your wallets. I feel the fool because I knew better and still did it. It is a mistake I will never make again. So just be warned about these accounts as they are a scam and will empty your wallet over a period of time. I did not have a lot in the wallet so I saw it right away.
Just wanted everyone with a Waves wallet or any crypto wallet to know about this and tell you my mistake and hope you do not make the same mistake I did. Hope everyone has a great night/day, whatever it is in your neck of the woods. Always Forward!
