Locking doors was a hard habit for me to develop. When I was still a kid, there was no need to lock the doors, after my time in the military, I had to learn to remember and lock the doors. I was in strange states, and living temporary, and it took time to build that habit. I guess I was just introduced to so many different people, from so many different places, that my sheltered growing up life changed after the military.
