Just avoid the 30 days in the hospital for a vacation, it sucks trust me on that. Health is something we have some control over, but shit does happen mean stuff does not happen even if we are careful with what we do and what we eat.

I don't know if you have private insurance available but in your mid 40's is a very good time to think about supplementing your health care.
