When people have to pay for a vaccine, pay for the vaccine passport, and pay for all the required boosters to keep it all current and up to date it becomes an unfunded mandate or a new tax on the people.

I do not know what it is like in other countries, in America the federal park service and the parks that they are required to maintain are paid for by peoples tax dollars. people know that. When first created they were free to visit, to camp at and/or have a picnic at. Now-a-days if one want to go camping and enjoy the parks that their tax dollars built and pay to maintain, they have to pay a user fee. a tax on top of the tax they already paid to make the park.

People are blind to the hidden tax and control economy that has been building momentum since the mid 70's.
