Building a follower base does need more than just posting effort from creators. There is a growing group of consumers like me that enjoy the interactions on post. I think we all know that if a post gets a shit ton of comments that the author may have a hard time getting to all of them, but at least a small percentage should be commented back on, that is how they build a following, a real following.

It was nice seeing how much was powered up on HPUD day, quite shocking actually considering a Hard Fork the day before/of.
