Refuse vote option works for me, I would use it. I will continue to try and up vote your post that way he needs to use at least a little tiny bit of power to counter my tiny vote, but I expect my vote to continue to strengthen in power as I power down on steem, and get full transferred, (or mostly fully transferred), over to Hive. I am looking forward to having 5000 Hive Power, I know in the over-all scheme of things that is not much, but at least it might make my 30% votes reach above the dust level. (yes I will be back to comment voting also when that happens).
