I for one am a person that believes if the kid says there is a monster under the bed there is a monster. We as adults or siblings may not see it, but that does not mean there is not one there. Most often those monsters go away when the adult looks or the sibling looks, and then it becomes okay for the one that saw it. I saw a lot of strange things growing up, I am glad I don't see a lot of strange things now, and during my formative/working years I ignored the monsters and things others could not see, and eventually I mostly stopped seeing them.

I do believe in portals and other worlds and I feel I have a pretty good imagination. I wonder if it is a lack of imagination on the part of the why so many people "get what they want" in life, but still feel unfulfilled.

It is the ability to see what is not there that leads to breakthroughs in life, just my opinion.
