This is the post that will for the foreseeable future be featured on my Banner, Thus the name master banner post, I will periodically be replacing/updating this post. It will contain most all of the items from the previous post, with additions, and no doubt deletions. Also as I stated it is a for now post and may go away and be replaced at anytime. Now my current favorite picture. I took it with my smartphone.
None of us involved in this project have even reached the status of minnow yet, at least not as of my last look. If helping out one or two people that are new to steemit is something you think you would like to try, head on over to @mudcat36 's post:
https://steemit.com/newbieresteemday/@mudcat36/the-steemit-newbie-resteem-initiative-week-1 This post explains his and Dave's idea.
Here is what I advised @mudcat36, I would be able to do:
Hello @mudcat36, I left a comment on one of dave's post about this. Now to the basics.
The numbers relate to the post in what he would like people to do or accomplish. They will make sense if you read the post.
That concludes the current projects I am actively working on. I think this is a great project. In the 6 months that I have been here I have not run across any projects trying to help redfish/plankton, us new users. All Whale Projects seem to be aimed at Minnows. It is not until Minnow Status, that an individual's vote begins to have any significant value, and it is at Minnow Status that an individual receives the vote slider, thus allowing them to spread their vote far and wide. Since first joining I have been trying to learn and help people along the way. This project just formalizes it.
Using the Internal Market. This is one of the easiest and simplest explanation I have found to do anything at all on steemit, and it is one of the most important. If you want to build your steem power up, @everittdmickey shows you how to do it, and makes it simple to understand.
I will, I am sure add to this list as I learn and find more as I grow. I have several helpful links on my blog, and many of them are the same as what @inquiringtimes has found and linked, so those two links above should help almost everyone. I have saved the most important help link for last. Everyone needs to read this link.

If you have a nicer way of organizing the list above let me know. Using dots to separate and try to keep them somewhat organized as on volume 9, seemed to be a little bit messy. I am not sure I prefer this method either though.
