Numerous fairy tales and sayings say that if you want to eradicate evil then you must find its beginning or rather its root.
In this photograph you see a chestnut root that got out of the ground and broke the asphalt warped the neck of the sewer well.
For public utilities workers this root is the root of evil that has disturbed their peace, and now they need to think about how to fix this situation uproot the chestnut tree or come up with something else.
But sometimes we look for the root of evil in the wrong place.
In fact the root of the evil was the one who planted a chestnut tree on the edge of the sidewalk and the one who did not take into account that the tree grows and its root system develops there are norms for placing wells at a certain distance from the trees which were not observed.
It turns out that this root is not the root of evil but a victim of the carelessness of public utilities workers.
