Exotic a very strange word, which should indicate to us a special rarity something unprecedented and incredible something that we are not used to seeing under normal conditions.
You know when I hear this word the first thing that comes to mind is the shroud and its inhabitants elephants and giraffes that roam the African continent palm trees and baobabs colorful birds fish and insects.
But sometimes even where it seems that there can be nothing incredible you can see something that never ceases to amaze.
An example of this is the hawk moth which is very easy to confuse with a hummingbird.
In childhood when there were no computers and the Internet we thought that it was a hummingbird which for some unknown reason flew into cool countries.
All the children chased after her with juices and tried to catch her but the hawk hawk is an excellent flyer and did not allow anyone to approach him.
Its small wings are so fast that it was impossible to see them and its body was covered with mouse-like hairs.
Yes this butterfly looked like a hummingbird which looked like a mouse lol how complicated everything is in nature.
I can say that I have not yet done my best photo shoot of the hawk moth I dream of getting as close as possible to it and one day showing you better photographs and a larger scale on which we will see this butterfly in all its splendor.
It is a pity that I do not often see these butterflies but I have several photographs, those that you saw are a little exotic of our region.
Zoom in on a photo for a closer view.
More to come!
