Yesterday's hike in the forest, gave us a lot of impressions. Even the bites of mosquitoes and ants could not spoil our mood.

My daughter really wanted to find mushrooms, and we found them. Perhaps these are not the mushrooms we wanted to find, but, these are mushrooms!

These oyster mushrooms are scattered on a broken tree. They are a bit different from those prickles that we used to see on the shelves of shops, but, it's the oyster mushrooms. These are edible mushrooms. Their nutritional value is high.

Recently, these mushrooms are grown in cellars, they are more fleshy than those that we found. But, the wild chicken will not be more meaty than the domestic chicken. I think that the oyster is known all over the world.

I do not know yet what my girls will cook from these mushrooms, but I will not refuse from mushroom steaks.

Personally, I prefer to cook champignons more, they have a more dense structure, but, tastes do not argue. What I do not like very much in collecting oyster mushrooms is that this mushroom is rather fragile. It is difficult to convey home in its entirety. At me they usually crumble.

The oyster mushrooms that you see in the photos are quite young. They appeared recently. So, soon you can go to the forest for a big harvest.
