Yesterday, my son and I passed by one private courtyard and saw a lot of bicycles on its territory.
I have been here a dozen years ago. I was told that bicycles are being repaired in a private manner. Then, it was empty. I showed my bike to the owner of the house, he asked to come in a few hours, by the time my bike was repaired.
Today, this is already a serious business, as I understand it, second-hand bikes are brought from Germany, then they are restored and sold.
For reasonable money here you can buy a very serious bike.
We can safely say that people here are helping to become mobile for people who need additional mobility.
I already started thinking about buying a bike.
