There is a time for everything as Ecclesiastes said and this is very wise and applicable to any area of our lives.
There is a time for admiring flowers there is a time for botanical research with the goal of finding out the name of a flower, or how it is structured and how it develops.
There is a time to search for insects, beetles and butterflies that visit flowers and today is a special time when the flower is of secondary importance, and we are only interested in the drops of morning dew that abundantly cover the petals of this, I would say plucked flower.
Three people who posted photographs of Dew drops in the comments to this post the three best photographs among all the photographs that I see in the comments, will receive a prize from me in the form of tips to ALIVE and LOLZ.
But if you want to know what kind of flower this is then it is a Marigold which someone plucked as they pluck the feathers of a chicken but unlike a wet chicken a wet flower only acquired additional charm it is very difficult to say so about a wet chicken.
