You probably remember the time when erudite contests were very popular, when, for example it was suggested to look at a photograph of architectural structures of some city and determine in which city this architectural structure is located.
In the past architecture was the face of the city, but since cities began to turn into a reinforced concrete forest of typical buildings it is very difficult to see something special in modern architecture and it would be very difficult to win such a contest.
Once upon a time people bragged about the beauty of the architecture of their city and now more often you can hear this phrase: Look how green our city is how many trees grow in it! And the word "architecture" is rarely remembered lol.
