A difficult question.
Among the difficult questions like the question of what came first - the chicken or the egg we can focus on another dilemma namely what came first rain or car wash?
Of course in most cases you can hear that rain came first and after a while people came up with a car wash, but there is a catch lol the fact is that every time I drove my car to a car wash on a clear sunny day an hour later it started pouring rain and all efforts to bring the car's appearance to its original form were reduced to zero.
