A craving for fresh air.
When people are stuck in an enclosed space—whether it’s an apartment, an office, or a factory floor—for a long time, they naturally want to go somewhere where they can breathe fresh air; that’s perfectly normal.
But sometimes, before we can actually breathe that fresh air, we have to inhale a lot of dust or exhaust ourselves just to reach a place where the air is clean by our standards.
I remember—or rather, the first time I found myself in the mountains with a backpack on—I tried to take a breath but couldn't quite manage it. There was far less air—or oxygen—than my body was used to from city living; up there, the air is thin and "empty." Imagine trying to quench your thirst with water but never quite managing to feel satisfied.
Perhaps what we need isn't so much fresh air as a change of atmosphere: swapping the office environment for the bustle of a noisy market, or the interior of a car for the cozy comfort of home.
You could also try to fool yourself by heading to a city park to breathe what passes for fresh air.
It’s a dubious kind of pleasure, though—being surrounded by trees that have spent years absorbing heavy metals emitted by the heavy traffic on the streets bordering the park.
Personally, I don’t know of any place where the air is clean enough to truly be called "fresh." In a village, for instance, the fresh air is often thick with the smells of livestock and poultry...
Maybe it’s best not to set such specific goals for ourselves, but simply to keep breathing and enjoy it.

Material thoughts about beekeeping №1
When I visited dense forests, I did not see ideal conditions for bees there, but many beekeepers harvest beekeeping products in such places.
