This is going to be short and to the point, no sense in wasting too much time.
Hive is awesome and has huge potential!
The problem I see though is that the same people get supported the majority of the time. Why is this a problem? Well, its like this, when new people come in and start sharing their content and nobody is up-voting them, nobody is commenting or re-blogging their content, what reason do they have to stay? NONE.
I have seen this issue in a few groups where the same handful of people are getting all the supported leaving out the majority of new comers. There is really no reason to do this, you are getting rewarded for engaging.
It starts in the individual communities. A community filled with like-minded individuals (at least it should be), it should be really easy to support them.
