I'm full on into a 9-day virtual creative retreat. That means I am spending my mornings working on getting my at home business going, and then spending the afternoons taking a multitude of 30 minute to 1 hour long art/creative classes.
The dogs often feel neglected by the end of the day.
I get side eyes and judgmental glances from them both, but Orbit makes me feel the most guilty.
He and Freyja have gotten so much better at playing together. They've had each other for 2 years now but playtime has to be on his terms. Orbit was here first and is very sensitive, so he makes the rules.
But they both seem to like the game where Freyja hides in the blankets and Orbit just bites and bites until all the blankets are completely off the sofa. Sometimes I even have to reposition the cushions!
It's been too cold for laying about in the yard, but they do still need to get out into the warm sun once in awhile.
And then at the end of the day, back to family time all snuggled on the sofa.
As long as Freyja keeps her distance while he's under the covers!
