This is my entry for #monomad challenge by @monochromes.
Arp Vieille is a summit in Valgrisenche, I reached it during a wonderful ski tour.
The mountain is located in Aosta Valley, on Alps (Italy). It is a very scenic ascent.
At the beginning, wheather was bad: low clouds and fog, but after a bend, all mountains appeared in a splendor of light and sun.
Pictures are taken on analogic film (Ilford HP5).
Here a friend of mine appearing from the fog. I had some troubles with condensation over my lens, it is why you see this foggy effect, but I like it. Sometimes in photography some errors are opportunities to do something different.
Here the last slope before the summit:
Finally on the summit!
A rare selfie of me:
During the way back, a lonely tree. You know I like lonely tree, maybe not only because of a beauty of the shot, maybe because I love loneliness. I love friends, but also I like to go to mountain alone: all feelings are amplified.
Pics taken with Nikon FE2, 28mm lens on analogic Ilford HP5 films.
