Shapla Chattar is a magnificent flower flower sculpture set in the heart of Motijheel near the center of Bangladesh's capital Dhaka; The national flower of this country is the Shapala (oyster species). The sculpture is surrounded by a fountain. Here a mass grave was marked in the period of Bangladesh's War of Independence in 1971.
