car ce ne sont pas les chiffres du calendrier qui font de notre ann茅e une bonne ou une moins bonne 脿 vivre 馃槈
It is rather about changing our perception of the world around us rather than demanding the change of others and circumstances.
Il s'agit plut么t de changer notre perception du monde autour de nous plut么t que d'exiger le changement des autres et des circonstances
By continuing to think that the world is going badly and that we cannot therefore be well, we condemn ourselves to perpetuate a reality over which we think we have no power ....
A continuer de penser que le monde va mal et que nous ne pouvons d猫s lors aller bien, nous nous condamnons 脿 perp茅tuer une r茅alit茅 sur laquelle nous pensons n'avoir aucun pouvoir....
yet we have all control over our inner world, and over what we project around us
pourtant nous avons tout contr么le sur notre monde int茅rieur, et sur ce que nous projetons autour de nous
We can choose to be a vector of joy or of pessimism, we can choose to shower the world with good humor or easy sarcasm, we can become aware of our own feelings or keep on blaming others
Nous pouvons choisir d'锚tre vecteur de joie ou de pessimisme, nous pouvons choisir d' arroser le monde de bonne humeur ou de sarcasmes faciles, nous pouvons prendre conscience de nos propres ressentis ou rejeter constamment la responsabilit茅 sur les autres
we can live without imposing our way of seeing to the rest of the world,
nous pouvons vivre sans imposer notre fa莽on de voir au reste du monde,
we can leave others being themselves and stop judging their different choices ,
nous pouvons laisser les autres 锚tres eux-m锚mes et cesser de juger les choix des autres,
we can live without feeling threatened by the difference ....鉂わ笍
nous pouvons vivre sans nous sentir menac茅s par la diff茅rence ....
