Hello friends !
Today I present to you the cat that I transformed into a sticker at the end of this post,
because it is never too late to celebrate #caturday in a joyful and colorful way! 馃槈
I always like to start the traditional way with a sheet of paper and my Neocolor watercolor pastels,
then finish with the digital phase ... I like both phases equally, so it's double pleasure 馃樅
You can see below the different steps of the traditional drawing and painting of my #caturday character,
starting with a pencil draw on a sheet,
then a layer of white gesso because I will use aquasoluble wax pastels so I want my support to be non porous
I create some shades by blending the felt pens with a Q-tip, I don't do to much because I know I will add them digitally in the next phase...
So once my cat is finished, I scan him and import in my Artrage painting software, and below you can see what transformations I have made in addition to more in-depth work on facial volumes
the kind I like to stick in my comments or in my post,
in short, EVERYWHERE
