Happy Friday, today I'm going to share some of my mushroom shots as my contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw.
Marasmius rotula is also known as pinwheel mushroom, it grows in slightly humid places and is easily found in various countries.
I found the pinwheel mushroom or Marasmius rotula in the garden not far from my house, it grows in rows on dead, rotting wood, the color of the pinwheel mushroom is generally white and the underside is cream, it has a very soft structure even when I hold it I have to be careful Be careful for fear of spoiling the pinwheel mushroom.
The species of fungus Marasmius rotula or pinwheel mushroom was first described by the Italian mycologist Giovanni Antonio Scopoli as Agaricus rotula in 1772. Source
