Usually the morning on Sunday, the beach here will always crowded visitors both coming from Sanur and outside Sanur. They come for leisure / recreation after a full week of work earning a living and schooling to study. In the afternoon, this beach will be more crowded again, no matter even at low tide though!
I can say that the beach is one of my favorite places to calm the mind.
