What is out there?
in my photographic explorations i look for the untold, the unseen. When I make pictures, i look for something that is not there. Something hidden or not entirely obvious. Something I can't tell the viewer with words, so that’s why I make pictures of it, even though it's hidden or "not there". It's often empty spaces, seemingly endless roads, mysterious looking forests.
I try to depict some sort of uneasy mood. Calming, yet
disturbing. Which is exactly the way photography works for me.
