Back to this holiday romance and adventure series that is my life XD well, for the weekend that I was on a staycation with him, I mostly explored food with him ^^ I took him to a lot of different markets and food places and that included the Salcedo Saturday market and the Legazpi Sunday market. We mostly went there for brunch because we both woke up late on the weekends, like 10-ish then we got like bread or a few small items we got as snacks in the afternoon, of course this ws all after an epic afternoon nap ^^ the real highlight of our days came late, and these were usually dinners he planned because he really made an effort to look for cuisine that was new to me. One of these plans of his was the Afghan-middle Eastern restaurant he really searched up because they sold good lam and he wanted me to really enjoy lamb.
I belive he chose the lamb mandi for us and got u 2 stone bread and all of these were really really good, the place was wonderful and smelled of spice, s full and lively and it even had a hookah lounge

I would go back here to try the kabsa next time because it looked wonderful and the lassi was just to die for ;;u;;
On Sunday, Iafte the Legazpi Market breakfast, we once again went for a really really nice nap ^^ well, I wouldn't call it a nap because we slept at noon then we woke up around 5pm XD and we had plans to go to the south so I could have a Pokémon raid too ;;-;; but oh well sleep was just so good XD
We were actually in a rush at 5 because the reservation was at 6:30pm and we both had to take baths and actually get to Okada Manila ([//]:# (!worldmappin 14.51516 lat 120.98149 long d3scr)).
by 5:30pm, we were already out the hotel, at 6pm, we were in Okada and we were trying to figure out where the buffet was XD
We were seated in a bit of a private booth a bit at the end and I kinda liked where our table was because we could get handsy and flirty while taking food breaks (and we did, we got very handsy).
but aside from getting handsy, he did try to expand my cheese knowledge by dragging mein and out of the cheese room XD I swear if I didn't know any better, I would say we were just having a charcuterie picnic in Okada XD but no, he was adamant on me trying all of them because he knew by then that I loved cheese and was curious what cheese were out there.
These were just the cheeses then there was a little section for some unusual meats like serano, a German ham that was really fragrant then a hew dry aged sausages. It was fun and I think we ended up with 3 full plates of cheeses, ham and a few pieces of bread to cleanse the pallet ^^
it was cute because he was explaining each cheese to me as we ate like it was supposed to be a culinary experience, and it was. And really loved my cheese professor XD
Next on his list was meats XD he really just went ahead and filled one plate with lamb and said "Okay, you have to try all of this to raise your lamb knowledge" and that consisted of grilled lamb, roasted lamb,lamb stew and lamb biryani and christ was that a lot of lamb that I barely got to try anything else XD so after all that,he brought me lechon and while he was lining up for that... I was... dessert gathering XD
And he was eyeing me so bad like what I di was so unbelievable XD but then h laughed it off and continued to bring mat he wanted me to try
Then he got this monster lobster and it was wild XD I've already tasted lobster before but the way they cooked this was a bit too strong for my tastes.
We may have spent 3.5 hours I there just chatting and laughing in between meals and then he proposed the cutest idea since we met and that was to visit him in Czechia, he would send m a invitation and I think on the way back to his place and even as we were getting ready for bed, he was just telling me all the places he would take me to and I never thought I'd fall in love with possibilities after the last time with my ex, but this one actually feels real so I would say it's definitely worth risking a lot of things for. So hopefully n a few months I'll be writing from Czechia of all the adventures he took me on and all the thing we have planned further on too. But right now, I guess meeting his family personally is our top priority.
After this I still have to tell you guys about my friend's wedding and how I invited him to be my date for this wedding because I was actually sure I wanted him to meet my friends, and eventually my family too ^^
