What could be more beautiful and cozier than a night fire.... When the night coolness comes after the summer heat, birds and winds fall silent, but you feel good near a live fire. The smoke of the fire smells of tar, the twigs crackle cheerfully in the fire, and the children and grandchildren are next to you.
I will show you this day in close-ups. They say the devil is in the details. By individual signs, you can put together the puzzle of this day and the whole summer.
This fire we laid out on the edge of the forest on the river bank. But our day also began with the river. But my report today will be in reverse chronological order. From the night we will go back to the morning.
From here I admired the sunset. By the way, I remember from my distant childhood that this field was sown with hemp. This is not the kind of cannabis used for psychedelic adventures. Clothes were sewn from this hemp, ropes, oil, and fuel were made. Hemp fabric is superior to cotton in its properties. Maybe for this reason hemp was outlawed? Poor quality competition. But I digress.

And finally the river bank and the river itself. I just wandered knee-deep in water and shot in different directions. Either fragments of the river itself, or something on the shore. In fact, I tested my then new Helios 40-2 under these conditions and periodically changed it to OKS-1-21-1.
