I can't stay in the city for long. My natural batteries require urgent recharging, and for this I need trees, clean air and blue skies. I'm lucky. I live close to a place where all this is. This place is called the Sestroretsk resort. I come here as often as my busy schedule allows...not very often.
But every time it is a joy to meet my beloved pines, the sky and the waters of the Gulf of Finland. True, in winter and even in spring, the waters of the bay are ice-bound, but this is also wonderful. The white color of the ice (it's off-white now) creates an interesting contrast, yes, I take a lot of pictures while here.
And there is always something to shoot here. You can look into the distance or at your feet, you can take any of the available lenses and test it in different conditions and on different subjects. The possibilities of creativity are only limited by your imagination.
Spring is now. At the same time, I found an interesting time when snow and a sandy beach, ice and spring streams, green crowns of pine trees and a deep blue sky coexist nearby.
What else does a person need to be happy? The ability to enjoy it as often as possible 馃
