We had several sunny days in January. But mostly the sky was gray, low and snowy. I cannot please you with bright pictures, but I can show our winter as it is now.
This weekend we decided to take a walk around the TsPKiO them. CM. Kirov. This is our central city park, which is located on one of the islands in the Neva Delta. It is called Yelagin Island. There is a lot of greenery here, water in the form of ponds, but this is all in summer and especially beautiful in autumn. Now everything is covered with snow and ice. For me, it is no less beautiful than in the warm season. I love winter, it has its own charm. It even happens that in the summer I dream of winter days, frosts, snowdrifts ... however, when winter comes, I begin to dream of summer. That's the way people are :)
I wanted to make the first photo more ruddy ... but this will not happen again. I will even take some photos in monochrome or black and white.
В январе у нас было несколько солнечных дней. Но в основном небо было серым, низким и снежным. Я не могу порадовать вас яркими картинками, но могу показать нашу зиму такой, какая она сейчас.
На эти выходные мы решили прогуляться по ЦПКиО им. С.М. Кирова. /то наш центральный городской парк, который расположен на одном из островов дельты Невы. Он называется Елагин остров. Здесь много зелени, воды в виде прудов, но это всё летом и особенно красиво осенью. Сейчас всё заметено снегом и покрыто льдом. Для меня это не менее красиво, чем в тёплое время года. Я люблю зиму, в ней есть своя прелесть. Бывает даже так, что летом я мечтаю о зимних днях, морозах, сугробах снега...правда, когда наступает зима, я начинаю мечтать о лете. Так устроен человек :)
Мне захотелось сделать первую фотографию более румяной...но этого больше не повториться. Некоторые фото я даже сделаю в монохроме или чёрно-белыми.

The open space in front of the palace is called Butter Meadow. Now it is an untouched snow field. There is a lot of snow in the park and only the paths are removed.
Открытое пространство перед дворцом называется Масляный луг. Сейчас это нетронутое снежное поле. Снега в парке много и убираются только дорожки.
Thanks to the snow lying on the crowns of the trees, we can admire the winter graphics. This is one of the benefits of a snowy winter. In summer everything is covered with leaves. In autumn, black branches merge into a common mess. And only the lines of snow on the branches allow you to see amazing patterns. I call it winter graphics.

In the courtyard of another building, we found a Christmas tree that has survived to this day. Looks like time has stopped here. We will also stop here so as not to overload the post with photos. But we'll be back here next Wednesday.
