Greetings Hivians!!!
Welcome to another edition of #threetunestuesday hosted by @ablaze
In today's tune, we will be looking at the tunes that speak about hope for humanity. Looking at the world today, we can see and feel the unrest in our society. The fear of the unknown has clasped us in like it owns us. Hunger, suffering, and pain have filled the world leaving the inhabitants of the earth in plain misery.
I have chosen three tunes to uplift our souls in this daring time. Get your headphones ready and your heart to feel the words heard and be motivated by them.
Here goes the first... Second... And third tunes for the day.
I know one day, it is gonna turn around
The aforementioned quote tells us that one-day things will be better. It is hard out there. Brutally hard. Many can't afford to eat and the so-called 'leaders' don't give a shit. It hurts and is heartbreaking that those that wish to help can't even help no more.
Many have sorted out suicide as their last hope to end life's suffering and this music is to remind us that things can't be the same forever. One day, it is all going to be alright.
The music, One day, is sung by Matisyahu in the year 2009.
Here we are with the music, do something. This music speaks about the disgust in society. How crazy it is to see killings here and there, raping, child molestation, selling children out for prostitution, and every other ill of society.
The music lyrics call our attention to these ills in society telling us to do something. It is not going to be easy but if we are united, we are going to move mountains.
The music, Do something, was sung by
Matthew West in the year 2012.
The last tunes for today call out to our very being. It tells us not to be afraid. It isn't easy but we can do whatever we fix our minds on by embracing the light.
I know many are tired, and exhausted, and want it all to end. I know my words may not touch you deeply and clean off your tears but maybe this tune will. I beseech ye inhabitants of the earth. Let's open our eyes to see the light and make our way toward it.
The music, Coming out of the dark, is sung by Gloria Estefan in the year 1991.
This ends the tune for today's #ttt. I dearly hope you are motivated and deeply entertained to move toward the light by doing something one-day which is today or maybe the next. Whichever it may be, don't give up and stay motivated at all times.
All videos used were gotten from #Youtube.
Still yours truly,
Balikis.
Thanks for reading and listening.
Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
