For me, music tends to turn an ordinary day into a memorable one, taking nothing more than a click... drag... tap... swipe... (whichever works for you) to pull such a switcheroo.
Effortlessly rightttt??? I know.
And successfully getting my lazy self to share three -hopefully- lovely tunes with y'all about a month after my last participation feels like something close to a feat to me.
Colour me grinning, lol.
Just as I expressed in my title, my three tunes selection for today's #ttt, proudly initiated by are all randomly random. But ones I enjoy, still.
So keep those fingers scrolling down, your ears perked up for some melodious tunes, your heart and your legs ready to bounce.
Simply buckle yourselves up! 😁
I like to pride myself on the fact that I collect songs in relative to how a good number of others do with memories and some of these songs tend to linger on in my mind, heart, lips way after it ends.
Sienna's Die on this hill belong to this category. With a voice as soulful as Adele's and lyrics so powerful it hurts, playing it on repeat never seems to tire me out.
Just imagine getting to hear it play out in a perfect scene of "Doc" - a medical drama series. The feeling was ineffable!
Like I clearly stated earlier, my selections for the day are all random. For those who might go about thinking I had my heart broken, lol. I'm not saying I'm above going through a heartbreak though but at the moment, I ain't going through that 😉.
I sure love Sia. Way more than I let on and this happens to be one of her songs I'm only getting to actually listen in and not just relying on short clips and reels and myyyyyy... It's a pretty cool vibe.
In an emotional kind of way.
And this???
Nostalgia. Remembrance. Love.
Andrea's warm, soothing and melancholic voice wistfully presents it all.
