In a 2019 research article titled "Evidence for Recent Polygenic Selection on Educational Attainment and Intelligence Inferred from Gwas Hits", researcher Davide Pfifer confirms racial IQ differences still exist, including among, for example, US Blacks and Utah whites.

Despite the still growing taboo on discussing cognitive differences among people of different racial or ethnic groups, new and more refined research continues to confirm the existence of such differences. Average Central African IQ rates remain low between 60-70, white groups' IQs remain around 100, Japanese IQ is around 105, and Jewish Ashkenazim around 110.

In the meantime, not-so-scientific academic personnel continue to stigmatize, even dehumanize their colleagues for discovering cognitive differences between different groups of people. The image below (Twitter) shows deliberate "defacement" in order to criminalize allegedly racist researchers.
