Metalweekend heute mit Warkings

Wie Ihr wisst war ich vor einigen Tagen wieder einmal auf einem Konzert. Am 15.10 hab ich Machine Head besucht und am 27.10 ging es zu Majesty.

Ganz klar war ich für wegen Majestiy vor Ort, dennoch bot sich mir eine Band an, welche mir seither nicht mehr aus dem Kopf geht.

Aus diesem Grund möchte ich mal wieder beim Metalweekend mitmachen und euch diese Band etwas näher vorstellen.

Es handelt sich um die Warkings.

As you know, I was at a concert again a few days ago. On 15.10 I visited Machine Head and on 27.10 I went to Majesty.

Obviously I was there for Majestiy, but there was a band that I couldn't get out of my head since then.

For this reason I would like to join the Metalweekend again and introduce this band to you.

It's about the Warkings.

Jetzt lässt sich zumindest einmal sagen, das die Band 2018 gegründet wurde. Über die Namen der Bandmitglieder jedoch wird weiterhin spekuliert. Eigentlich weiß man offiziell nur das es sich hierbei um folgende Besetzung handelt:

Vocals: The Tribune
Drums: The Spartan
Bass: The Viking
Guitar: The Crusader

Now it can be said at least once that the band was founded in 2018. But there is still speculation about the names of the band members. Actually one officially only knows that this is the following line-up:

Was man aber weiß, wer die junge und hübsch zu betrachtende Dame mit der krassen Stimme ist. Melissa Bonny hat in diesem Song ihren festen Platz und tauch aus diesem Grunde auch auf den Konzerten der Band bei dem Song "Sparta" auf. Wie auch immer die Band auf die Schweizerin gekommen ist, es war mit Sicherheit eine gute Wahl.

Immerhin singt sie bei Bands wie "Evenmore" oder "Rage of Light".

But what one knows is who the young and pretty lady with the crass voice is. Melissa Bonny has a firm place in this song and for this reason also appears at the concerts of the band with the song "Sparta". Whatever the band came up with, it was definitely a good choice.

After all, she sings with bands like "Evenmore" or "Rage of Light".

Man kann ja von Powermetal halten was man will. Natürlich ist diese Art von Musik echt nicht jedem sein Geschmack. Eines muss man aber dieser Band lassen, sie wissen Live mit ihrem Publikum umzugehen und spielen sich mit ihrer Show sofort in die Herzen.

Ich durfte es ja 45 Minuten lang miterleben und war einfach nur beeindruckt von Warkings.

You can think what you want of Powermetal. Of course this kind of music isn't everyone's taste. One thing you have to give up to this band, they know how to deal with their audience live and immediately play their show into their hearts.

I was allowed to experience it for 45 minutes and was just impressed by Warkings.

So meine lieben, mit diesen Impressionen lasse ich euch nun in die verdiente Nachtruhe gehen. Wenn euch die Musik gefällt, ich glaube nicht das irgendjemand was gegen einen Kauf einer ihrer CD´s hat. Ich hab mir gleich an dem Konzert eine gekauft da ich einfach super überrascht war. Mir gefällt Warkings und ich werd schauen das ich auf jedenfall noch ein Konzert besuchen kann.

Ich glaub auch das sie es zu einer großen Band wie Powerwolf oder Sabaton bringen können, wenn sie der bisher angestrebten Linie und Art treu bleiben.

So my dear ones, with these impressions I let you now go into the deserved night's rest. If you like the music, I don't think anyone has anything against buying one of their CD´s's. I bought one right at the concert because I was really surprised. I like Warkings and I'll see that I can definitely visit another concert.

I also think that they can bring it to a big band like Powerwolf or Sabaton if they stay true to the line and style they have been striving for so far.
