One day I really wanted to make a photo of a story about traditional coffee processing in Meunasah Manyang, Kandang, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh Province.
When I got there, I approached the owner of a ground coffee processing business named Hasanuddin, but the people there often greeted him as Pak Din.

After talking, I was invited to see the Robusta coffee processing process.
Arriving in front of a building made of wood, it turns out that the place is part of a coffee processing kitchen.
Pak din started his activities by collecting firewood and burning it. Above it is a large stove.

also started to focus on each traditional coffee brewing process. In the furnace, I saw a dough with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and then mixed with water. mix well.
By keeping the charcoal used to stay on so it doesn't burn.
The heat began to be felt, thick smoke began to billow in the building. They continue to roast Robusta coffee beans on the stove until they turn black, after the roasting process is complete.

Ripe coffee beans are sprinkled on an aluminum plate that has been provided there to cool.
The coffee beans are then ground evenly and at the end of the grinding process. The coffee beans use a hand-driven stone mill.

After all the processes are complete, now is the time to distribute robusta coffee powder in stalls around Lhokseumawe and its surroundings, even to North Sumatra.
