今日はCoffee Collectionに行ってきました！

I also participated in the talk event.

そしてその後"HARIO
V60、その構造を紐解く"
と題してトークイベントにも参加して来ました。

HARIO CAFE Project Leader Shimomon Nakamura told us.
I heard about the structure of HARIO's dripper and how to put it in.
The taste changes at all as how to put coffee.

You can create your own taste among them.
A dripper for HARIO that will extend that possibility.

HARIO CAFE プロジェクトリーダー　中村史門さんがお話してくださいました。
HARIOのドリッパーの構造、入れ方などのお話を聞きました。
コーヒーは入れ方で全然味が変わります。

その中で自分が好きな味を作っていくことが出来ます。
その可能性を広げてくれるHARIOのドリッパー。

I experienced the difference in taste by changing extraction time this time.
Extracting time becomes thicker and bitterness comes out.

今回抽出時間を変えての味の違いを体験しました。
抽出時間がながい方が濃くなり苦味が出ます。

It is different by changing the temperature, the speed of pouring hot water, the amount of hot water and so on.
The enjoyment to be brewed at home increased further (^ ^)

温度、お湯の注ぐスピード、お湯の量などを変える事で違います。
家で淹れる楽しさがさらに増えました(^^)

And on the way home to the station. The smell of coffee ...!
