Clean Coal is a myth because you still produce carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas. You can filter the soot (C60) and smoke but carbon dioxide is a colourless gas that ends up in the atmosphere. Coal is a fossil fuel just like petroleum that is best left where it is in the ground. Why are these people so against renewable energy? Because of vested interests. Big business pays these people to spout industry propaganda.
