For the past four or five days, rain had poured nonstop. The sky had been completely covered with clouds, as if it had torn open to let water pour through. Village paths were soaked in mud, rivers were overflowing, and children stared out the windows, silently counting the raindrops.
But today…
This evening, the clouds finally parted. Slowly, bits of blue sky began to peek through. And then—suddenly—from behind the deep blue veil, she appeared. The full moon, like a silver platter hanging in the sky.
Tonight, the sky over Gazipur transformed into a scene of breathtaking beauty. Just after sunset, a piece of silver moon emerged, as if painted perfectly by an artist’s brush.
A soft veil of clouds surrounded the moon, creating a fairy-tale-like ambiance. Bathed in the moonlight, those clouds became even more enchanting. The silvery glow of the moon spread across the trees, fields, and even the wings of sleeping birds.
From rooftops, many gazed in silence. Some captured the moment in photographs. Others stood still, their eyes fixed on the moon. Some even shared the moment with loved ones, wrapped in quiet wonder.
Evenings like this bring a gentle touch of love to our busy lives. Nature's beauty reminds us that real joy isn't found in technology alone—it lives in the silent invitations of the sky, the moon, and the whispers of the natural world.
